A political scene (2) ...

I am back after a long absence. I have been very busy and just could not find the time to pen my thoughts. Also, lots of things have happened, especially at my workplace, ever since we had a new boss (X) which makes me very disappointed. I am sick and tired of all the charades that's been going on. I do not understand why we who are working in the same department can't work together peacefully. After all, we are all working for one goal. Why must there be two factions in one department? In all these I would say that X is at fault because X is listening to only one party's advice, a party which has their own agenda. After so many incidents, which I thank God did not work out for them, X still can't see that X is being manipulated by them. As a leader, X should be neutral, instead of choosing sides and in this case, the wrong side. They have even named themselves Team A and all the rest Team B. They have accused some of my colleagues of playing politics but they are the ones who are doing that. I don't understand why X can't see all these and put a stop to it. All these have caused rifts among colleagues and I don't find joy anymore in going to work. There's no more peace among colleagues. We have to be very careful with what we say because everything will be recorded as proof to get us into trouble. We can't voice our opinions anymore. But then, I'm praying that things will be back to normal one day and that the peace that we had enjoyed before this be restored and we can have unity once more, by God's grace.
